Goal Vs Outcome

An outcome would be, to earn a crore rupees in the next year. A goal would be the idea to work upon which will get you that outcome, for example, to make a course and sell it to a crore people. Many people do not understand the difference between these two and hence end up only having an outcome in mind. A goal is the way to achieve that outcome you desire.  Goal is action oriented and something you deliver to the world in form of an idea or a product or a service. Any outcome you desire is an output of give and take. You can not expect an outcome if you do not deliver something. Find that something within you and unlock your potential. Create it into a service or a product or should I say an asset. Wrap it in a brilliant deal that no one can deny. Once you give that to the world, the world will bring you your desired outcome. You need steps? 1. Write down what do you desire in life. This sets the outcome. (For example, I want to earn a million) 2. Make an extensive list of w...

3D Reality: Looping in Positivity and Negativity

Have I become too negative? Noticing myself only recently and I realize I frustrate my husband very easily. He tells me, the first sentence I utter, from the observation I make of anything is in the negative tone. Several thoughts flood my mind, such as, why am I like this. Why am I so miserable. Why am I so stupid... I want to die. Well... more negativity. I coach and train people for a living and I teach them to find the silver lining in every situation, which, I am struggling myself with; to be a healer and a positive person. Am I? I don't even remember when did I start behaving like this. I do not remember when did I start to see the world so negatively and when in the world did I start to want to die. Now that I have noticed it, I want to feel better and be better; for myself and my clients. I guess, for now, I will let my negative thoughts and negative observations be and start all over again; to focus on uttering only when I have something good to say about myself and other...

Higher Than US

I coach individuals to help them find dreams in their eyes, clarity in their minds and love in their hearts. I am a certified Resilience Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, Professional Listner. I am also a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer. I have a gift. A gift of sensitivity. A gift to serve humanity. With this gift I can help those in need to be seen and heard and guided. I have more information to process than others about my environment and about people around me.   With every gift comes vulnerability. Vulnerability to the negativity as equally to the positivity. The profound love I feel for everything around me, at times turns into darkness for myself, because, one can not be present without another. I am constantly working on myself to serve better. I am grounding myself. Through childhood and my teens, I have suffered not being able to express myself, even though I had vision of talking infront of large audience and influencing humanity to a better life. Specially in difficul...

I AM

I AM I am Love The more words I use to explain ‘I am’, the less its meaning become.  I am on this planet to help people evolve spiritually and emotionally to understand ‘I am’ and come to their full potential. I am here for them to listen to themselves. I am here to help connect them to their true selves. I am here to teach people that all that we are, are results of ‘I am’ and ‘I am’ is a result of ‘Love’.  We are all giant balls of love, underestimating the power within and overestimating the power beyond. Meditate if you truly desire to know what is the meaning of ‘I am’. That the true way to connect to your higher self. Not the only way though.  My best work is inspired by my higher self. I give credit of my success to my higher self. It gave me the right idea at the right time. It gave me the right understanding at the right time. It gave me the right solution at the right time. It gave me the right feelings at the right time. For I decided to listen as soon as...

Why am I a Professional Listner?

I was wondering what and when was the best conversation of your life? Did it include listening? Did it include curiosity and questions? Was it full of awe? Did the conversation go deep? Did you lose track of time?  If you can’t remember, then you probably haven’t had such a conversation yet. And through this blog, I am giving you, an opportunity to have the best conversation of your life. If you have experienced such a conversation, then this an opportunity to feel good about it, and become aware, so that each conversation you have from now on is as powerful! Even the ones that seem irrelevant to you at the moment. We all know someone, who just wants someone to listen to him/her. She doesn’t want any solution or any inputs. She just wants to be heard. I was curious, is it your partner? Is it your parent? Is it your child? Is it a friend? A colleague? It started similarly for me. I wanted to be heard but while everyone else was talking, I felt lost and unheard. That’s when dec...

Beauty Standards

Have you ever thought about how we define beauty? How does the movie industry or social media industry creates and upgrades beauty standards over time? Or even how we find someone beautiful or attractive? We keep saying that we should see the inner beauty before judging anyone? What if, we actually do that without being aware of it? How many of us found Gerald Butler attractive without watching his movie 'PS I Love you'? I did not. I thought he's okay and I did not understand why people kept telling me he is hot. Then I watched this movie, where he loved unconditionally, and his image was created as a beautiful beautiful person, when he was only acting. Now, I would watch anything he's into. Now I find anyone mildly looking like him, attractive. I watched so many women on social media, who were said to be average looking and once they shared their story, they suddenly became this fierce and gorgeous looking women. Looking at that new perception of beauty the people have...
