Higher Than US

I coach individuals to help them find dreams in their eyes, clarity in their minds and love in their hearts.

I am a certified Resilience Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, Professional Listner. I am also a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer.

I have a gift. A gift of sensitivity. A gift to serve humanity. With this gift I can help those in need to be seen and heard and guided.

I have more information to process than others about my environment and about people around me.

With every gift comes vulnerability. Vulnerability to the negativity as equally to the positivity. The profound love I feel for everything around me, at times turns into darkness for myself, because, one can not be present without another.

I am constantly working on myself to serve better. I am grounding myself.

Through childhood and my teens, I have suffered not being able to express myself, even though I had vision of talking infront of large audience and influencing humanity to a better life. Specially in difficult times, I couldn't utter a word without making things worse. I would constantly feel stuck inside my body and in my head for not being able to talk or do something. I would hide my inability to express under retaliation. Many called me thick skinned for closing myself and showing retaliation even though I struggled inside with my own emotions.
I used to walk to my home from my school bus stop while counting random numbers of my fingers just to look as if I'm very smart. That little girl was seeking approval. Approval from the strangers, from family.

I have now learnt and evolved to seek my inner guidance, for whatever questions I have now I look inside and await answers from my higher self, and without even a single miss, I always get the right guidance. Hence the name, Higher Than Us.

I've transformed myself with the help of my teachers and mentors and I am now a powerful speaker, trainer and a brilliant coach.

Luck

What does luck mean to you? Is luck a coincidence? Is luck hereditary? Is being lucky important? Is it the only way to be successful? Can you choose luck? Can you get lucky by wearing gemstones? Well, if it answers any of the above, and you must have heard this before, we make our own luck, just as we make our own destiny. Luck is, when we move our butt. When you returned that extra money a person gave you, which years later, he remembered and provided you with the job you have been looking for desperately. Luck is, when you have done the certification which at that time seemed of no use, and years later pays you more than anyone else. Luck is, when you have been kind and everyone else has been kinder to you, because the universe works that way. Luck is, when you randomly talked to the person on the next table and he starts to give you opportunities which you were looking for. Luck is, when you learnt good deed from your parents and replicate them. Luck is, when you have don...

My experience with Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Spirituality

We often underestimate our minds, we forget that we are more than our bodies. I read in the book, Think and Grow Rich by Oliver Napoleon Hill, that we have access to any and every secret we might want to discover, through our subconscious mind. The question arises- how! But first let us discuss what is Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Quoting from the site  https://neurolinguisticprogramming.com/  "Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is defined as the study of the structure of subjective experience and what can be calculated from that and is predicated upon the belief that all behavior has structure." In my words, NLP adds structure to our perception of this world. It provides us models, tools and techniques to make the best use of our individual minds and to train it to success. NLP shows how the mind works to make the most out of it, whether you want to lead a simple life or become a millionaire or  even both. For instance, "Sleep over it" is not just a phrase...

Goal Vs Outcome

An outcome would be, to earn a crore rupees in the next year. A goal would be the idea to work upon which will get you that outcome, for example, to make a course and sell it to a crore people. Many people do not understand the difference between these two and hence end up only having an outcome in mind. A goal is the way to achieve that outcome you desire.  Goal is action oriented and something you deliver to the world in form of an idea or a product or a service. Any outcome you desire is an output of give and take. You can not expect an outcome if you do not deliver something. Find that something within you and unlock your potential. Create it into a service or a product or should I say an asset. Wrap it in a brilliant deal that no one can deny. Once you give that to the world, the world will bring you your desired outcome. You need steps? 1. Write down what do you desire in life. This sets the outcome. (For example, I want to earn a million) 2. Make an extensive list of w...
