Luck

What does luck mean to you? Is luck a coincidence? Is luck hereditary? Is being lucky important? Is it the only way to be successful? Can you choose luck? Can you get lucky by wearing gemstones?

Well, if it answers any of the above, and you must have heard this before, we make our own luck, just as we make our own destiny. Luck is, when we move our butt. When you returned that extra money a person gave you, which years later, he remembered and provided you with the job you have been looking for desperately.
Luck is, when you have done the certification which at that time seemed of no use, and years later pays you more than anyone else.
Luck is, when you have been kind and everyone else has been kinder to you, because the universe works that way.
Luck is, when you randomly talked to the person on the next table and he starts to give you opportunities which you were looking for.
Luck is, when you learnt good deed from your parents and replicate them.
Luck is, when you have done the work for years and you become successful. That is luck.

Luck is, when you repeatedly make good choices and decisions which leads to great outcomes.

Someone told me, luck is when you are prepared for the opportunity.

This post is dedicated to my mentor and guru- Mr Arun Jadhav, http://personalityintegrator.com/ who has always guided me. Thank you.

Resilient Person's guide to Life Struggles -- Part II

R esilience was  introduced into the English language in the early 17th Century from the Latin verb resilire, meaning to rebound or recoil Value   origins from  Latin valēre meaning to be strong, be worth Values provide us insight to what are the reasons behind the decisions we have made through our lives. For example, I Divya Srivastava, the coach of this whole program, have the core values of Serve, Inspiration and Growth.(I deduced them through a scientific framework) And since I know these values now, it is easy for me to make decisions in alignment with my values. Without discovering my core values I was lost, disoriented and was confused on which path to take. My core values keep me in peace and emotionally fulfilled. There are other values which support your core values. We do that in order for smoother transitions in life and work. Such a value is Resilience. Dr Ginsburg, child paediatrician and human development expert, proposes that there are 7 integral a...

Goal Vs Outcome

An outcome would be, to earn a crore rupees in the next year. A goal would be the idea to work upon which will get you that outcome, for example, to make a course and sell it to a crore people. Many people do not understand the difference between these two and hence end up only having an outcome in mind. A goal is the way to achieve that outcome you desire.  Goal is action oriented and something you deliver to the world in form of an idea or a product or a service. Any outcome you desire is an output of give and take. You can not expect an outcome if you do not deliver something. Find that something within you and unlock your potential. Create it into a service or a product or should I say an asset. Wrap it in a brilliant deal that no one can deny. Once you give that to the world, the world will bring you your desired outcome. You need steps? 1. Write down what do you desire in life. This sets the outcome. (For example, I want to earn a million) 2. Make an extensive list of w...
