My experience with Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Spirituality

We often underestimate our minds, we forget that we are more than our bodies. I read in the book, Think and Grow Rich by Oliver Napoleon Hill, that we have access to any and every secret we might want to discover, through our subconscious mind. The question arises- how!

But first let us discuss what is Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Quoting from the site https://neurolinguisticprogramming.com/ "Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is defined as the study of the structure of subjective experience and what can be calculated from that and is predicated upon the belief that all behavior has structure."
In my words, NLP adds structure to our perception of this world. It provides us models, tools and techniques to make the best use of our individual minds and to train it to success.
NLP shows how the mind works to make the most out of it, whether you want to lead a simple life or become a millionaire or  even both.
For instance, "Sleep over it" is not just a phrase, it holds significance in knowing what is the answer to the question that is bothering you because you let your super-consciousness decide what is good for you while you are asleep. By the morning, you always have the answer. Practicing NLP helped me figure our the mechanics of how my subconscious work. How to program it for better results. How to read your subconscious. How to know if what you are feeling is not just our of fear but an actual threat. Because once you know how your mind works, you are unstoppable and no question is then left unanswered. Things become fluid.
NLP has also helped clear out all my past issues that I held in myself. I have learnt to clear and transmute them as soon as I notice them. To give an example, when I was a kid, I did not like milk or food very much, so my mom used to let me have a lot of my favorite fruits and fresh juice which would have been OK if I was not in a cold city. I started having tonsillitis very often. It slowly healed but left my throat a little vulnerable. Now, when you have emotional issues, or such sort, the energy gets stuck in your body. This negative energy chooses the part of your body which is the most vulnerable. In my case, you guessed it, my throat. I started speaking less, constant lump in my throat in case of a fight, frequent cough and cold. I was on my way to hypo-thyroidism because of all my unresolved emotional issues. You will say, wasn't any other part of me weak? No, I had been working out actually. So here is what I do to release the negative energy from any part of my body that feels tense due to unresolved emotions, I ground myself and meditate and fill myself with the healing light and I 'Clear and transmute it across all TIME, SPACE, DIMENSION, and REALITY' as Christie Marie Sheldon says all in her sessions. Meaning, I focus and just command it to leave my body, and just like that, my throat feels as better and poof! goes the stuck emotion.

In my professional life, I have become more focused and hence the work is more rewarding. Politics does not bother me anymore. There is no anxiety about how will I perform in any scenario, be it public speaking, or a conflict or any conversation, I fully and completely trust myself.
Trust is another major factor which affects your growth. Think about it. Do you trust yourself to talk to a stranger? Do you trust yourself with speaking? Do you trust your instincts?

NLP practitioner course opened my door to spirituality, (consciously) knowing my higher self and my subconscious potential (not completely yet). We all have a little bit of spirituality since our childhood, whether we acknowledge it or not. Once we start paying attention to it, we start to notice the miracles we make happen. Miracle, because the science hasn't proven it, yet. Creating something from scratch, creating a new recipe, discovering diamonds, discovering fire, creating a child from a couple of cells, everything was a miracle once upon a time when science did not know how.

NLP is not just about being spiritual, you understand your mind better. You learn to map your habits to your past, you clear your emotional issues and traumas. You learn about yourself in a very truly customized manner. You then know exactly what to do to be successful or to achieve whatever it is that you desire, career-wise , or in your romantic life or anything else.
There are many many more interesting tools and methods in NLP which can be used in everyday life. Do leave me a comment if you wish to know more or connect.

NLP has become my way of life. Life is easier, more fulfilling.
I am truly grateful to have come across my wonderful NLP mentors, Sat and Siri.

Why am I a Professional Listner?

I was wondering what and when was the best conversation of your life? Did it include listening? Did it include curiosity and questions? Was it full of awe? Did the conversation go deep? Did you lose track of time?  If you can’t remember, then you probably haven’t had such a conversation yet. And through this blog, I am giving you, an opportunity to have the best conversation of your life. If you have experienced such a conversation, then this an opportunity to feel good about it, and become aware, so that each conversation you have from now on is as powerful! Even the ones that seem irrelevant to you at the moment. We all know someone, who just wants someone to listen to him/her. She doesn’t want any solution or any inputs. She just wants to be heard. I was curious, is it your partner? Is it your parent? Is it your child? Is it a friend? A colleague? It started similarly for me. I wanted to be heard but while everyone else was talking, I felt lost and unheard. That’s when dec...

I AM

I AM I am Love The more words I use to explain ‘I am’, the less its meaning become.  I am on this planet to help people evolve spiritually and emotionally to understand ‘I am’ and come to their full potential. I am here for them to listen to themselves. I am here to help connect them to their true selves. I am here to teach people that all that we are, are results of ‘I am’ and ‘I am’ is a result of ‘Love’.  We are all giant balls of love, underestimating the power within and overestimating the power beyond. Meditate if you truly desire to know what is the meaning of ‘I am’. That the true way to connect to your higher self. Not the only way though.  My best work is inspired by my higher self. I give credit of my success to my higher self. It gave me the right idea at the right time. It gave me the right understanding at the right time. It gave me the right solution at the right time. It gave me the right feelings at the right time. For I decided to listen as soon as...

Resilient Person's guide to Life Struggles -- Part I

There are certain values that lie in the core of us. My personal core values are Serve Grow and Inspire. There are other values which helps us fit into society. Like- Respect elders, Be nice, Honesty, Education, Dignity, Quality of Life, etc. Another set of values to keep a balance between both.  One of those values is Resilience.  Read on to know what I mean by this. While growing up, we adopt the values of the society such as 'respecting elders, be a good student, be honest, agree with what friends are saying, stay with the herd or you will get hurt' These are some of the (un)spoken values we adopt. At one time or other, society values or the values of the home we're part of- may make us unhappy. This is when we start looking out of alternatives. This is when we feel like we do not belong. We start doing things secretly to be ourselves. We stay up at night because only then we can be ourselves. The value we seek is happiness and safety to be ourselves.  For example...
